The Hills Clubhouse
Promontory’s newest clubhouse, named 2024 Clubhouse of the Year by Golf Inc., is nestled at the newly designed Hills Par 3 Golf Course. The Hills Clubhouse boasts four cutting-edge golf simulator bays, offering members a year-round space to refine their game and socialize with friends.
At the heart of the clubhouse is Sage, a contemporary Italian restaurant with a stylish 26-seat bar and an adjacent lounge—perfect for gathering with friends and fellow members. The space also features three large-screen TVs, making it an ideal spot to unwind and watch a game.
During the warmer months, the expansive outdoor patio, with sweeping views of the 18th green, water feature, and the 18-hole Cascade Green putting course, becomes a popular destination for al fresco dining or enjoying a drink while watching the family practice their putting skills.

The Nicklaus Clubhouse
The stunning Nicklaus Clubhouse combines breathtaking views with a sophisticated ambience. Striking interiors reflect a luxurious and modern clubhouse with rich and handsome textures — a perfect fit for Promontory’s discriminating membership. Cutting edge architecture was designed by John Sather of Swaback Partners in Scottsdale, Arizona who utilized stone, glass, and steel to fashion this quintessential Promontory icon. The Nicklaus Clubhouse features the Nicklaus Fitness Studio, the Golf Shop at the Nick, and The Peak Restaurant and Lounge.

The Pete Dye Clubhouse
The Pete Dye Clubhouse is a striking vision located at the Dye Course 18th hole. This architectural gem is a welcoming gathering place following a day’s round of golf. Relax by the cozy fireplace or lounge on the expansive outdoor deck with a favorite beverage while gazing out at the panoramic vistas. The Dye Clubhouse features The Hearth Grille, the Golf Shop, the Dye Lounge, and the Dye Library.

The Village Clubhouse
Promontory is the perfect place to fine-tune your active and healthy lifestyle. Conveniently located in the Village at Promontory, the 20,000-square-foot Village Clubhouse offers everything you need to stay fit and achieve peak performance including the Village Fitness Center, the Village Spa, the Sport Boutique, lap and family swimming pools, hot tubs, and the Village Tennis Center which transforms into an ice skating rink in the winter. The Village Clubhouse is also home to Concierge Services that can answer any questions you may have and help make your club experience an outstanding one.

The Double Deer
The Double Deer, an expansion of the Nicklaus Clubhouse, overlooks the iconic 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Painted Valley Golf Course, capped with stunning views of Deer Valley in the distance. At 4,000 square feet, the Double Deer is large enough to accommodate up to 300 people for a seated reception, but also features flex space to host smaller events. The Double Deer features a dividable ballroom with state-of-the-art AV equipment, a private entrance, a reception/lobby, and a staging/bride’s room. The Promenade is a pre-function space ideal for welcoming your guests, coffee breaks, or a social/cocktail hour before your event. The Double Deer also houses the Lavender Spa which is slated for expansion in 2025 and will offer a world-class Health and Wellness facility exclusively for Promontory members.
