Will brings over 20 years of real estate experience specializing in private amenitized communities throughout North America, with a proven track record totaling over $500 million in transactions. He is a Park City, Utah native, and after graduating from the University of Montana with a BS in Marketing and Management, he began his career in real estate in 2002 at Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club just outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Will most recently spent two years in San Jose del Cabo as a top agent for Espiritu at Palmilla. Prior to Cabo, he held positions at Promontory and Red Ledges in Utah, Sereno Canyon in Scottsdale, Arizona, Schaffer’s Mill in Lake Tahoe, California, and Forest Dunes in Northern Michigan.
When Will was growing up in Park City the population was under 4,000. He started skiing and golfing before he was 4 years old. His love for Park City, and the surrounding areas, and lifestyle is why he is excited to be back as a part of Promontory. Will and his family enjoy skiing, golfing, hiking, water sports, UTV riding, and traveling.
Will is outgoing, ambitious, motivated and exudes integrity. He is known for building immediate and lasting relationships with his clients and thinking outside the box to get deals done. One of Will’s mentors told him years ago, a quote from Will Rogers, “You don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait.”
