Brian Gottfredson is a Northern Utah native and former competitive skier whose love for the outdoors is only surpassed by his devotion to a real estate career that has spanned almost four decades. A brisk run down white, powdery slopes before a morning meeting is all the inspiration Brian needs to share the myriad benefits of Utah’s outdoor lifestyle with his clients. Brian brings many years of expertise in high-end, luxury properties to his work at Promontory, one of the country’s most sought-after multigenerational, four-season mountain communities. His passion for the mountain lifestyle featured at Promontory spills over in his enthusiasm for what this amenities-rich development has to offer.

Brian began working in the real estate industry in 1981 venturing into Northern Utah’s market representing individuals, new construction, developers, banks, and corporations with their real estate sales.  His work led him into real estate development, project sales, and management. This has given Brian the knowledge and background to navigate some of the most complex real estate transactions. Brian feels that his success is in large part due to his commitment to providing the highest level of service and believing that real estate goals are an important part of a family’s legacy and long-term investment strategy. His ability to identify his clients’ needs and find their best solution has continually set him apart in the real estate industry.

Brian, a father of two and grandfather of four, has had success as a ski racer, competing at the collegiate, professional, and masters levels. At his Utah home, he’s always on the lookout for opportunities to hit the slopes in the winter, enjoy a leisurely evening round of golf on those long summer days, or grab his fly rod and test his skills on his favorite Northern Utah waterways.
