The construction regulations govern all home site construction projects at Promontory. The Conservancy encourages every homeowner, contractor and subcontractor to carefully read and adhere to these construction regulations. CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS

CONSTRUCTION GATE/ACTIVITY HOURS AT PROMONTORY

For the benefit of those living at Promontory, the Conservancy Board has limited the hours of construction work on the Promontory property. Thank you for your cooperation.

Construction Hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or Sunset)
Construction Gate Access is from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday).

CONSTRUCTION SITE/BUILDER VIOLATIONS

Builder violations will be issued for direct construction rule violations, for example: site clean-up, noisy activity, illegal parking, illegal dumping, prohibited delivery access, etc.
